·     Use your name as the reference, Please note with direct deposits it takes up to 2 working days for funds to come through to our bank, you parcel will be sent after your funds have cleared.

The delivery address PayPal has is different from what I entered.

·         PayPal automatically uses your confirmed address for the delivery address after your order has been placed on our system, what you entered on our checkout page as the delivery address is where the order will be shipped.

 
Discreet Delivery.

 

We respect your privacy and recognize that most of our customers want to maintain their privacy when ordering adult toys and other adult products. All orders are shipped in Australia post packaging with no external markings that would identify the contents of the package. The Product is also wrapped in plain brown paper and taped so if the outer package is damaged or opened it still is not visible what is inside. The return label reads: B.S Toy Trading and a PO Box address

 

How Quickly Does My Order Arrive

When orders are paid by credit card or through PayPal we ship the same day unless it’s ordered after 4pm AEST and it will go in next day’s post. Also bank deposits take a couple of days to show in our account so postage is same day as funds clear in our account usually 1-2 days.

Delivery normally arriving the next day or one day later in areas outside of next day delivery network  within Australia as for overseas orders they are usually 10 days , although please allow up to 15-28 days for delivery for the rest of the world as some countries customs may take a while to clear packages.

Return Policy

Refunds for returned defective items 

• All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange 
• Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
• Shipping charges will be refunded after we have received and verified the condition of the product for malfunction items.
• Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or, in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10 business days. 
• Items can only be returned if the item is defective, broken or not working correctly.  Due to health and safety issues, we can not accept a return for an item that has been used and the purchaser just doesn't like the way it works.

Returned Undeliverable Items

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you via email. You can opt to have your order reshipped or cancelled. If you choose to reship your order your credit card will be charged for the extra shipping fee. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund your order total, minus shipping and a 5 % restocking fee.  

Domestic Shipping Charges 

Express Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for anywhere in Australia.

 

International Shipping Charges

We currently only have the United states on our web site system if you are interested in placing an order and you country is not listed Just send us an email to ( info@buysextoy.com.au ) with the item name or SKU  and we will send you an Payment request through paypal. ( no mention of type products bought will show on your PayPal or CC account only our company name of B S Toy Trading ) Very Discreet
